We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your online order.
Note: In-store purchases follow the policy of the specific retailer/location.

🕒 Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

You may cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund – no fees.

  • How to cancel: Account → My Orders → “Cancel Order”, or email support@beranmey.com with “Cancel Order + Order Number”.

  • When allowed: Only for orders with status “Unshipped”. Once shipped, please use our return process.

  • Refund timeline: PayPal 3 business days / Credit card 7–14 business days.

Buy-Together sets: Cancelling the main product (full price) before shipment will also cancel the ancillary item. If shipped, follow standard returns.

🔁 How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

📍 Step 1: Submit Request

Go to BERANMEY’s Return Portal and complete the request form.

Order status “Not Delivered”? → Log into your account, click “CONFIRM DELIVERY” under My Orders first.

✉️ Step 2: Await Approval & Instructions

Our team will email you instructions within 1–2 business days.
For eligible regions, a prepaid return label will be provided.

📦 Step 3: Pack Securely

Place items in original BERANMEY packaging.

🚚 Step 4: Ship Back

  • With prepaid label: Drop at designated carrier locations.

  • Self-arranged return: Ship to BERANMEY’s official return address (provided in approval email).
    ❗ Returns sent to incorrect/unauthorized addresses cannot be processed or refunded.
