We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your online order.
Note: In-store purchases follow the policy of the specific retailer/location.

In original packaging with all tags attached
Original shipping/insurance fees are non-refundable.
🔁 How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
📍 Step 1: Submit Request

Go to BERANMEY’s Return Portal and complete the request form.

Order status "Not Delivered"? → Log into your account, click "CONFIRM DELIVERY" under My Orders first.
✉️ Step 2: Await Approval & Instructions

Our team will email you instructions within 1-2 business days.

For eligible regions, a prepaid return label will be provided.
📦 Step 3: Pack Securely

Place items in original BERANMEY packaging.
🚚 Step 4: Ship Back

With prepaid label: Drop at designated carrier locations.

Self-arranged return: Ship to BERANMEY’s official return address only (provided in approval email).
❗ Returns sent to incorrect/unauthorized addresses cannot be processed or refunded.
