• Note: Expedited shipping methods may increase the likelihood of these charges being applied.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Restrictions
To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping information:

• Complete Address Required: Provide a full, accurate address including street number, building name/apartment number, recipient name, phone number, and email.

• PO BOX / APO / FPO / DPO Addresses:

  • Use with caution, as delivery to these addresses may experience significant delays or loss.

  • Expedited Shipping is NOT available for PO BOX / APO / FPO / DPO addresses.

• Remote & Island Locations (e.g., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories):

  • Standard delivery times may be extended.

  • Contact us at support@beranmey.com before ordering to discuss expedited options (additional costs may apply) for faster delivery to these areas.

• Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote locations may take longer, and additional carrier surcharges might apply.

• Local Pickup: Depending on your local postal service, you may need to collect your package from your nearest post office.

Failed Delivery & Address Changes

• BERANMEY cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information (including wrong recipient name, phone number, or address).

• Need to update your shipping details? Contact us immediately at support@beranmey.com with your order number and the correct information. We can only make changes before your order ships.
